On Thursday March 10, 2011, Johann will do one of his classic courses in Cosmetic Claim Substantiation. In three sessions, you will learn all there is to know about what is a cosmetic claim, how to substantiate it via following four easy to remember rules, and specific examples of where it can go wrong. Finally, the participants will be making up their own claim support package. For once, there is an unlimited budget, but everything you do unnecessarily will be deducted from your salary ;-)
